UPCOMING WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

August 3 - October 26
Beginners Yoga Workshop Series
This 13-session series is the perfect starting point for anyone new to yoga or looking to build a strong foundation. Each session is designed to break things down in an approachable, supportive way — from pose alignment and how to use props, to adapting the practice for your body, understanding basic anatomy, breathwork, meditation, yoga philosophy, and more.

Saturday, August 9 | 10AM
Mom + Baby Yoga Play
Join us for a gentle, judgment-free yoga class for moms and their littles, blending mindful movement and pelvic floor work with community, connection, and space to simply breathe—babies and toddlers welcome!

Saturday, August 9 | 6:30PM
Full Moon Flow
Together, we’ll flow through a 60-minute lunar vinyasa practice, designed to harness the full moon’s expansive energy while grounding us in intention.
After class, you’ll be guided through a 15-minute journaling practice to illuminate what you’re ready to let go of, followed by a burning ritual to energetically complete the release.

Somatic Soundscape
Join us for an evening of presence and play, where intuitive movement meets live music in a space of exploration and connection. Guided by Chloe’s somatic practices and Rebecca’s improvised violin and viola, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune in, and move from within. No experience needed—just come as you are.
