Bloom Flow is a creative and intuitive vinyasa practice for all levels designed to deepen your connection to body, breath, and inner rhythm. Each class is shaped by the authentic voice and lived experience of the teacher, inviting movement to become a form of self-expression, discovery and freedom rather than performance.

​

Each Bloom Flow is thoughtfully curated around a unique theme or intention, guiding you through a complete and balanced journey. Classes begin with an intelligent, progressive warm-up, unfold into fluid vinyasa, and build toward moments of deeper strength, longer holds, or a peak expression. The practice then gently winds down with complementary stretches and openings, allowing the body to integrate and the nervous system to settle.

HONEY FLOW

DEEP, RICH, SLOW —LIKE HONEY

Honey Flow is a slow-burning, strength-driven practice that invites you to move with deliberate presence. Through unhurried transitions and sustained engagement, you’ll breathe deeply, feel fully, and connect to the subtle layers of your practice—where challenge is found in precision, control, and continuity.

 

This class emphasizes full-body integration within each posture, asking you to stay, refine, and activate rather than rush through. Expect steady muscular work, intelligent alignment, and moments of deep sensation that build strength, resilience, and embodied awareness.

The room is gently heated to 85–90°F with infrared warmth, supporting circulation, flexibility, and focused effort.  While the pace is slow, the work is real.

WILDFLOWER FLOW

GROW BEYOND WHAT YOU THINK IS POSSIBLE​

Wildflower Flow is a level-up vinyasa but welcome to all. Designed for students curious  to explore more heat and strength through unique postures and expansive variations. 

​

Building from the foundation of our Bloom Flow, this class offers fiery variations, expanded transitions, and moments of playful challenge, all taught with options and guidance so you meet the practice exactly where you are. You don’t need to be “advanced” - just curious, willing, and ready to grow.

​

Wildflower Flow invites you to move beyond autopilot and step up to your edge - sometimes steady, sometimes wild, always intentional. Like a wildflower growing through stone, this practice invites strength, adaptability, and the confidence to grow outside of what you may have thought possible.

​

LOTUS FLOW

ANCIENT PRACTICE, MODERN AWAKENING

Lotus Flow pulls deeply from the most ancient yogic traditions to leave you feeling open, free, and peaceful. This class blends a physical practice with breathwork or pranayama along with meditative elements, each one woven together with intention rather than routine. You can expect moments of challenge, softness, and stillness. Most importantly, expect the unexpected.

 

Rooted in a more classical yoga style, Lotus Flow is designed to guide practitioners into the next chapter of their journey - where the practice becomes not just something you do, but something you embody. It invites practitioners into the layers of yoga that transform the deeper aspects of self: clarity of mind, emotional steadiness, energetic balance, and inner resilience.​ Each class is crafted to meet the energy of the room and guide you into a more awakened version of yourself.

STRENGTH FLOW

IGNITE STRENGTH, EMPOWER RESILIENCE

Strength Flow blends fluid vinyasa with intentional strength work, creating a mindful yet dynamic practice that builds full-body power through deep awareness and control. This class emphasizes a strong mind-to-muscle connection, allowing strength to develop with precision rather than momentum.

 

Each class begins with an energizing vinyasa to unite breath and movement, then transitions into thoughtfully designed sequences that activate, stabilize, and strengthen specific muscle groups. The pacing encourages presence, control, and steady engagement throughout the entire body.

 

Light resistance—such as 1-pound wrist or ankle weights and weighted blocks—may be incorporated to enhance endurance, tone, and muscular control, all while remaining rooted in yoga’s principles of alignment, balance, and awareness.

FLEXIBILITY FLOW

LEARNING TO BEND WITHOUT BREAKING. WHERE YOGA MEETS SPORTS MEDICINE

Flexibility Flow is a mindful, body-aware practice that blends yoga with principles of sports medicine to cultivate both mobility and stability. This class invites you to move with wisdom- learning to experience your body, not just work it.

​

Each session highlights a specific area or movement pattern, using intelligent, adaptive postures to lengthen tissues, activate support, and restore balance throughout the body. Rather than passive stretching, you’ll explore strength within range, coordination between muscle groups, and how the body functions as an integrated system.

​

Expect to release common tension from modern living, expand your range of motion, and leave feeling aligned, refreshed, and empowered in your movement.

​

CANDLE LIT PETAL FLOW  

SLOW, GROUNDED, RESTORATIVE

 

Candle Lit Flow is a gentle, unheated practice designed to quiet the mind and soften the nervous system. In the glow of candlelight, you’ll move slowly and intuitively through accessible postures, guided by breath and inner awareness rather than effort or intensity.

​

This class offers space to exhale the day, settle your energy, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels nurturing and steady. Expect fluid movement, longer pauses, and a deeply calming atmosphere that invites presence and ease.

​

Candle Lit Flow is ideal for all levels and especially supportive if you’re seeking restoration, grounding, or a more meditative approach to movement.

​

INNER BLOOM FLOW  

RESTORE, REGULATE, RECONNECT 

​

Inner Bloom is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return inward. This deeply nourishing practice blends breathwork, gentle somatic movement, and kriya-inspired techniques drawn from the Himalayan Sattva tradition to calm the nervous system, support balanced energy flow, and restore mental clarity.

 

Each session creates space to unwind held tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner ease and radiance. Rather than striving or pushing, the emphasis is on regulation, presence, and subtle transformation—allowing the body and mind to reset naturally.

​

Designed to complement Bloom Yoga’s stronger, more dynamic flows, Inner Bloom offers a grounding counterbalance for anyone seeking introspection, energetic renewal, and a return to wholeness.

​

CENTERING BLACK VOICES IN PRACTICE

HEATED

​

This weekly yoga class centers Black people, led by Black teachers and shaped by community input. It is a space for healing, connection, and restoration. We honor the brilliance and resilience of Black communities while naming the harm caused by displacement and exclusion. We deserve to see ourselves reflected in the spaces where we heal and grow. Here, representation is vital and everyone is welcome.

All levels are encouraged. Each class is guided with care, purpose, and intention.
