DHARMA PROGRAM 

The Bloom Dharma Program is a community-based leadership initiative for members who want to be more involved in the studio. In exchange for dedicated support, participants receive membership and deeper access to the Bloom community.

“Dharma” represents purposeful contribution—this program is about showing up for the space, the people, and your own growth.

Commitment

​Exchange:
• 4 hours per week or 2 consistent class-based shifts
• 3-month minimum commitment

In return:
• Unlimited membership (free or discounted, depending on role)
• Access to teacher enrichments + continuing education
• Exclusive Bloom community and teacher perks

Spots are limited to maintain quality and intention.

Program Paths

​​Studio Support
Support the physical space through cleaning, laundry, restocking, and resetting the studio between classes.

Community Support
Help create a welcoming experience—checking in clients, greeting new students, assisting with events, and supporting day-to-day communication.

Skill-Based Roles (application required)
Contribute your professional skills—photography, social media, design, writing, or event coordination—based on studio needs.

Teaching Pathway

Teaching Residency
A mentorship-based experience for 200-hour graduates and dedicated students looking to grow as teachers. Includes assisting opportunities, teaching labs, feedback, and mentorship from studio leadership.

Hands-On Assist 
An invitation-based role for experienced practitioners to support classes through supervised hands-on assists and student guidance.

Note: Participation in the Dharma Program or Teaching Residency does not guarantee a teaching position.
