This 13-session series is the perfect starting point for anyone new to yoga or looking to build a strong foundation. Each session is designed to break things down in an approachable, supportive way — from pose alignment and how to use props, to adapting the practice for your body, understanding basic anatomy, breathwork, meditation, yoga philosophy, and more. We’ll end with a playful “Yoga Playground” session to help you integrate everything you’ve learned.
