October4 - October 25 | Saturdays 11:30AM - 1PM
4 week series | 90 minutes per session
Led by Erica Hoff

Rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and supported by modern neuroscience, this 4-week series offers a clear, accessible path to developing a sustainable daily meditation practice. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, you’ll gain a clear understanding of what meditation is, how it affects the brain and overall well-being, and how to integrate it into your life.
Each 90-minute session blends guided meditation, reflection, and group discussion, offering a space to explore, practice, and embody the teachings. You’ll learn a Vedic technique that combines pranayama (breath), kriya (energy movement), and mantra, designed to balance energy, cultivate clarity, and deepen your connection to yourself. By the end of the series, you’ll have the tools and confidence to maintain a daily meditation practice that supports your mind, body, and spirit.
