Each 90-minute session blends guided meditation, reflection, and group discussion, offering a space to explore, practice, and embody the teachings. You’ll learn a Vedic technique that combines pranayama (breath), kriya (energy movement), and mantra, designed to balance energy, cultivate clarity, and deepen your connection to yourself. By the end of the series, you’ll have the tools and confidence to maintain a daily meditation practice that supports your mind, body, and spirit.
